Specialized S-Works Epic 29er mountain bike - 1800 in McAllen, Texas For Sale

Up for sale is my xxxx S-Works Epic 29er mountain bike. This bike is absolutely unbelievable. I hadn't owned a 29er until this one- wow is the only word. The 29" wheel seems to add an additional 1/2" of travel but the bike weighs in at 22 pounds. It is an absolute rocket and more stable than my old 26" epic. Best bike I have ever owned. I am selling to make room for the xxxx. This bike was bought at the beginning of summer and has been babied. I certainly have ridden it but it is very well taken care of- no crashes, drops, dings, etc. I looked the frame over and could not find a single mark.I recently had it completely overhauled including the following:
-Brand new xxxx SRAM XX brakes (everything- rotors included). The xxxx version had an issue with the inside coating which would make the seals fail. They are brand new, never ridden. If you are looking for a xxxx, you will need to replace them. This bike already has it done.
-Recently replaced chain to a KMC X10SL (4 rides).
-New cables and housing.
-Completely overhauled rear pivots.
-Completely overhauled fork and shock including new seals.
I run Easton components on my bike so this bike has a EC90SL seatpost, EA90 stem and EC70 carbon flat bar. They are super stiff. Below is a complete listing of the components.
