Job Description
National Property Management Company is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Associate for one of our beautiful apartment communities in San Antonio, TX.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the property, completing service requests, apartment turnovers in a timely manner, and attending to the needs of our residents. This position requires some weekends and to be on call for any emergencies.
Qualifications
Two or more years of general maintenance experience including plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, carpentry, and painting is required. Must be organized, able to communicate with others and adhere to company policy. This position requires the candidate to be detail oriented and complete a move in ready unit turn. Prior experience in the property management field is preferred. Valid driver's license is required. Having own hand tools is required.
