A national apartment management company, is seeking a full-time Property Manager for 334 unit apartment community in San Antonio, TX.
Essential Qualifications:
Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience managing 300+ unit communities.
Proficiency in supervising leasing and maintenance team members
Effective at controlling costs.
Track record of motivating team members and achieving results.
Experience with Yardi software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
Position is eligible for benefits after a 90 day probationary period. National Management Company willing to pay top salary with discretionary bonus for a property manager with expertise in repositioning multifamily assets for maximum performance. Desired start date to be as soon as possible.
