Real Estate Reviewer - Texas State Job Bank (EDINBURG, TX) in McAllen, Texas For Sale

DUTIES: Responsible for reviewing, approving, and funding commercial real estate loans for all branches. Responsible for complying with Flood Disaster Protection Act, CRA, and HMDA. Other duties include preparing escrow disclosures for insurance and taxes and assisting Lenders and Loan Assistants. Loan reporting as necessary, assist in special projects and other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 years of banking experience in loan related documentation Familiar with lending regulations (flood disaster, CRA and HMDA) and real estate loan documentation. Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment Needs to be solution oriented. Good communication & organizational skills Team oriented Working knowledge of Silverlake loan system or other loan systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel High School Diploma / GED PREFER: N/A
