I"m looking for a low stress, low drama place to live. The place I've been renting for more than 1.5 years has become more and more stressful and dramatic, with frequent late night games with strangers who don't respect the house and yelling at children and I just can't groove here anymore. I'm a happy guy, a peaceful guy. I like to get along and be cheerful and help out. There is a great damper on all such things here, and it seems to be progressive (as in, it's getting worse), so it is time to move on. I'm told I'm a fun guy to have around.
