Hello! I am looking for a GIRL who is attending to UTPA in the upcoming school year (xxxx-xxxx). I would be moving out from the apartment before the fall semester starts, like two days before. To change the name of the contract we have to give 100 and 100 USD each. The room is pretty comfortable and you get your own privacy. It's furnished, the pictures show my things but you will need to bring your stuff in once we make the change in the contract. You will be having three roomates, don't worry they are not bad. The reason why im looking for a girl is because the rest of my current roommates are girls. They don't drink or smoke. Also, you can't have pets since the building where the apartment is it's not pet friendly. You will usually pay 380, the amount increases for $10 if you pay the rent four days later.
