Position Summary: The Stock Supervisor is the primary business owner of the stock room and oversees all functional areas including shipment processing, product placement, transfers and price changes. The Stock Supervisor has a direct reporting relationship to the General Manager/Store Manager. Responsibilities: Key Accountabilities: responsible for supporting the store management team in achieving all Company goals and initiatives through driving sales, developing talent and delivering execution Ensures exceptional customer service to internal and external customers expected to open and close the store, as business needs dictate Represents the brand, operates in a professional manner at all times and supports store standards Develops talent through constant coaching of associates in the moment in the stockroom Drives productivity improvement for all shipment processing, product placement and price change activities ensuring adherence to CRE (Customer Ready Environment) Proactively embraces teamwork by creating a team atmosphere that is flexible, productive and enjoyable Partners with Store Manager and makes recommendations concerning hours allotted to the stockroom productivity, knowledge and strengths to foster growth and development , and performance goals and objectives for the stock associates Guarantees Company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures Qualifications: Education and Experience: 1 to 3 years previous supervisory experience must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Business Knowledge and Critical Skills : Demonstrated passion for customer service, time management and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks communicates effectively Ability to work in team environment proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications and ability to adapt to additional internal applications Demonstrates adaptability Operates with a strategic mindset Ability to climb a ladder, lift and carry up to 50lbs Serves as a role model Be flexible and open to change in a fast paced environment Embraces self development Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business Ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom; climb ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
