Provides assistance to the Clinical Informaticists to design and produce clinician end user training programs and materials that reflect defined workflow design. Assists in the development of a communication plan and participates in communication activities related to clinical systems to all stakeholders. Produces reports for clinical informatics department and site leadership that reflect education, communication and training statistics Qualifications Associates degree or certification in a clinical specialty, information technology, or related field is required. Minimum two years of recent experience working as a licensed/certified clinical professional or clinical analyst required. Prior experience with supporting and/or teaching end users in the use of clinical applications in a clinical setting and proficiency in the use of MS Office applications Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required. The following is preferred: Prior experience with Cerner solutions. Demonstrated success in producing print, electronic, and web-based learning materials for a target audience. Experience with or willingness to speak in front of audiences in order to train or educate, as well as comfort with giving one-on-one support to clinical end-users.
